What we are '''not''' is a traditional wiki project whose success is measured by encyclopedia norms: complete coverage, no red links, polished consumer reference, or “finished product” shipping.

'''We are developing''' — pages, procedures, and infrastructure move through real stages. We reject only the frame that treats early or partial instruments as failure relative to a fixed finished-wiki endpoint.

A red link here is usually a breadcrumb: something identified, not yet built, not hidden. A red link that breaks a path already claimed as ready is operational debt and should be fixed or the claim lowered — that is still metrology, not encyclopedia shame.

MediaWiki, templates, and extensions are '''calibration infrastructure'''. Judge them by whether they support traceability, honest status, and public challenge. Do not judge the project by whether it looks like a completed reference wiki. It was never aimed at that scoreboard.
